We will return any item or order if you're not completely satisfied with it.
You must let us know within 14 days of receipt and the item has to be unopened, in its original packaging and unmarked. Due to health and safety reasons, we're unable to offer refunds on non-returnable purchases (see below).
How to Return
Please contact Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection, quoting the Order Number, the reason for return and the Product Code to be returned. It is important that you specify how many boxes are to be collected so that we can inform the courier. Please note, only the number specified will be collected from your premises.
We will provide you with a returns number and arrange for collection within 7 working days. If this does not happen, please notify Customer Services immediately on 0141 611 9777 so that, if required, we can arrange a new collection.
Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. Once the item is back at our warehouse and we have had an opportunity to inspect it to check that it is in resalable condition we will then process the refund. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be deducted from the refund. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If your goods are incorrect or damaged upon delivery, you must let us know within 3 working days of delivery. Please provide Customer Services with the order number and details of the problem. We will arrange collection of incorrect/damaged items and send replacements at no additional cost.
Technology and computer consumables items that are not required will only be accepted within 14 days if the outer seal has not been tampered with in any way. In respect of items that are faulty, most electrical items have an on site warranty and cannot be returned unless the manufacturer agrees that the item cannot be repaired and that the product has not been misused, overloaded incorrectly installed or incorrectly stored. In certain circumstances, the buyer may need to complete a faulty product evaluation form.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 2 working days of the expected dispatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. Contact Customer Services on 0141 611 9777 and advise our staff. If you do not do so, then WildHearts Office Limited will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
